Kano - Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has cleared all the five local government areas so far declared in Kano State by the Independent National Electoral Commission, reports Daily Trust.
Buhari won with wide margins in all the local governments.In Kibiya local council, Buhari polled 23 451 while President Goodluck Jonathan polled 4 997.In Albasu, Buhari polled 34 572 while Jonathan polled 3 047.
The results of the three other local governments are:
Bagwa :
Buhari 28 755; Jonathan 8 159
Kunchi: 24 542; Jonathan 2 921
Gabasawa : 31 499; Jonathan 3 840.
