De Gea played his first game of pre-season in the 3-1 victory against Barcelona on Saturday and followed that up with 45 minutes against PSG in Chicago on Wednesday night. Having rushed from his line during the first half at Soldier Field he was caught out by Blaise Matuidi, who nipped in to open the scoring, but could do nothing as Zlatan Ibrahimovic tapped home from close range.
